Rates
Prices are as per the table shown below. Prices quoted are per
week for up to 10 guests. If your holiday dates span two price
brackets (eg: last week June, first week July), the rental rate will
be calculated on a daily basis.
Price includes weekly cleaning + all sheets and linens.
Booking Procedure: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Damage Deposit: A damage
deposit of £250 is required along with your final balance
payment. This will be
will be returned in to you
in full within 2 weeks of your return home, provided
there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its
contents (other than normal wear and tear).
